Earth Explorers

Prepare for your child’s curiosity to reach new heights as they journey from the Earth’s core to the vast expanse of our solar system! Our Earth Explorers week offers an incredible opportunity to learn about the dynamic forces shaping our planet, from the layers beneath our feet and the powerful movements of plate tectonics that cause earthquakes, to the fiery spectacle of volcanoes and the continuous cycle of rocks. Campers will become budding paleontologists as they investigate fossils and even participate in a dinosaur dig! The adventure then blasts off into space, where they’ll explore our solar system by creating their own model, learn about the mysteries of the moon, launch stomp rockets skyward, and investigate the power of the sun and distant stars by building a solar oven and a solar-powered robot. Integrated throughout this exciting week are engaging STEM challenges, collaborative team-building activities. refreshing water play, and art projects that bring r each scientific concept to life.
